Case: John Doe vs. Tornado

Tornado Damage Image from State Public Adjuster

Narrative: The Doe’s contacted us after a recent tornado touched down in Galveston County following a documented cell of intense thunderstorms hit the area. At 11:45 a.m on the 15th of August the storm produced tornadic conditions. A small tornado ripped through the neighborhood at Main in Texas City where the Doe’s house was impacted, along with others on their street. A Public Adjuster, Randell Smith visited the scene of the tornado strike and assessed the damages. The insurance company sent their own claims adjuster out to assess the same damages. The Doe’s felt that claim settlement was unfair due to the structural damages to their home. Randell Smith went to work to get the Doe’s a fair claim settlement.
